Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
Trial Fee Credit: The $1.50 trial fee is 100% refundable as a credit toward any full IPTV subscription upgrade within 48 hours of the trial’s expiration.
Technical Failure: If our technical team, accessible via WhatsApp, cannot resolve a verified server-side issue that prevents you from accessing the service within 72 hours of purchase, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Duplicate Payments: In the event of a billing error or accidental duplicate transaction, we will process a full refund for the extra charge immediately upon verification.
We cannot offer refunds under the following conditions:
Change of Mind: Once a full subscription (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) is activated, we cannot offer a refund for a simple change of mind.
Internet/Device Issues: Refunds will not be issued for issues stemming from the customer’s internet service provider (ISP) throttling, insufficient bandwidth, or incompatible hardware.
